The Miska Hockey Method
1.
Power Skating & Edge Control - Hockey is the fastest sport in the world. So, it is important to understand and control the speed and agility of your blades, which Miska Hockey will provide you.
2.
Stickhandling & Shooting - Puck control is the second most important skill to develop, followed by shooting. Controlling the puck while accelerating at high speeds is a game-changer, as well as releasing a puck in motion.
3.
Hockey IQ - Exceeding with skills allows players to gain a better sight for the game while increasing their decision-making under pressure during gameplay.
Pick the training that works for you
Team Training
Team training is completely customizable. Coaches know the landscape and can help guide where the most work is needed.
Summer Camps
Summer camps are about having fun, working hard, and competing with friends to make each other better athletes. Focus points during camps are power skating, edge control, stickhandling, and gameplay.
Private Lessons
Private lessons can be anything from 1-on-1 to a group of 8 players on the ice at once. This training option is also a great starting point for players to be placed in a proper group (such as the Breakfast Club Training or a group of 3-8 players).
